Q. How do we get the tutorials / videos?
A. We normally deliver our tutorials as PDF downloads. This method is efficient and economical and suits both us and most of our customers. We will also be happy to send your tutorials as PDF e-mail attachments, provided that your inbox is large enough to accommodate them (Most Hotmail and Yahoo e-mail addresses will not accept large file attachments). Please e-mail us if you prefer your tutorial(s) as e-mail attachments.
